I was also the sole developer of COR, the first public modelling environment ever to support the CellML format (an XML-based language for the description of biological processes). However, COR is now in maintenance mode.

Instead, I am now working on its replacement which is codenamed OpenCOR and which could be seen as a merge between COR and OpenCell (another CellML-based environment I got involved in at some point).
